Seán Curran Company
For over twenty years Mark has been the designer of record for the modern dance ensemble Seán Curran Company. He has designed productions that have appeared at leading venues in New York City, among them the Joyce Theater, Brooklyn Academy of Music, New Victory Theater, Central Park Summer Stage, and NYU Skirball Center. As well as venues across the United States.
Dream'd in a Dream premiered at the Brooklyn Academy of Music Next Wave Festival in October 2015.
The dancers were accompanied by members of the Ustatshakirt Plus Ensemble a traditional music group from the Kyrgyz Republic.
Leading dance critic Deborah Jowitt said in her review "Not since Peter Brooks’ stunning production of the Sanskrit epic The Mahabharata introduced New Yorkers to the tactfully renovated ruined theater in 1987, have I seen a theatrical vision so compatible with the space."

Abstract Concrete first premiered in 2000, and was re-mounted for the Brooklyn Academy of Music Next Wave Festival in October, 2018.

Céilí premiered at The Irish Arts Center in New York in December 2022. After appearing at Jacob’s Pillow, the legendary dance festival in Beckett, MA in the summer of 2023, it returned to The Irish Arts Center in December due to popular demand.
