Mark was a photographer for Yucatán: Recipes from a Culinary Expedition, and Mercados: Recipes from the Markets of México, by David Sterling, published by University of Texas Press.
The combined books feature over 320 of Mark’s images which capture the rich culinary traditions of México. The photographs, taken over six trips between 2012 and 2016, showcase the culture, people, ingredients and food of this amazing country.
Yucatán: Recipes from a Culinary Expedition, received the James Beard Award for Best Cookbook of the Year and Best International Cookbook.
